We love our rise fx and fall fx here at Zenhiser and believe a producer can never have enough of these samples, they are absolutely essential to add tension, drive, anticipation and the all important rush to music productions. With this in mind we decided to create a new selection of rises, falls and drops with one thing in mind, Power and Drive! After a few weeks of synthesis manipulation and plug in overload we cam up with “Turbo Risers 01 & 02″. As with all Zenhiser samples and loops our style and quality has developed over the years which has taken us into a more stylised sample pack collection, this has pushed “Turbo Risers” into a brand new sound for our rise and fall fx section. Spanning 200 killer uplifters, downshifters, super fast rise fx shots and incredibly long rise section this is a sample pack that can not be missed. We decided “Turbo Risers” had to be fast, accessible and supply a varied range of sound fx risers, falls and drops at the drop of the hat. As producers we thought “What do we want that we can’t get, even from our own Zenhiser sample library” and the answer was rise and fall fx in multiple varied lengths categorised into folders, ready to go and sounding unlike any other sound fx we’ve heard before. Not only that we wanted something a little different from the standard white noise sound, rises with power, drive ranging from 1 second fast sweeps through to 1.20 minute rise fx that would simply blow people away in the clubs. So we did it, and what an awesome collection of power rise fx to add to our ever growing Rise & Fall FX Collection.
Staring off with small super fast risers between 1- 3 seconds long, constructed of a little white noise and synth drive these tight rise fx add punch and speed to any dance genre. Next up, medium rise fx between 4 – 10 seconds long, perfect amount of overdrive, and delivering the standard range of rise fx for building up tracks. Then we move on to large risers and this is where the pack comes into it’s own, 10 – 20 second long uplifters with both slow starts and sharp attacks evolving like a whirlwind and pitching up to new heights and screams, perfect for serious anticipation in your tracks. Finally in the rise fx section we’ve got extra large risers. These will absolutely blow your mind, 20 second – 1 minute uplifters that take your productions to rush levels never heard before, the build ups in these fx are insane, we added just one to the preview but you get 30 of these monsters in the sample pack! And to finish off the sample pack wouldn’t do justice without a folder full of falls, downshifters and drops of varied lengths to bring your track momentum from a fast stop to dizzy slide 20 second slide of destruction.
The length of these rise fx and fall fx samples was paramount but so was the sound as well. We wanted to push these samples to deliver all the power they could and not just supply tones that slid up and down but wobbles, patterns and even kick drum risers, giving your music productions something new and exciting. We’ve added just a few of a favourite rise fx and drops to the preview but this sample pack is packed full of exciting, fresh, evolving sound fx that once purchased will have you wanting to make more tracks just so you can use them in your breakdowns, build ups and transition points.
